FP&A Intern

Travix is a seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and support our FP&A Team with the aim of becoming an integral part of the month-end close process that provides the platform to build planning and analytical skills on the job. As an FP&A Intern, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders within finance and across other departments at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Be proactively involved in the monthly closing and reporting process by collaborating with GL Accounting and the Controlling team to ensure the accuracy of figures reported on time.
• Preparing monthly reports for Opex per department.
• Perform monthly analysis and follow-ups on actual results.
• Making variance analysis in Opex and Capex Actuals. Assisting Corporate FP&A and stakeholders in managing the budget and/or forecast.
• Supporting in building the monthly Forecasts by aligning with key stakeholders 
• Assist the team with ad-hoc projects, reports, data analysis, and presentations.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for an entrepreneurial environment where demands and priorities change rapidly
• Ability to work with different cultures and across different levels of people
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
