Project Manager (Onsite)

Job Type: Full time / Salary 

Job Summary: 

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan company projects. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients/internal teams and to coordinate and track project activities, opportunities, and risks.
 

Must be able to travel, domestically and internationally, where customers operate or are based.

Duties / Responsibilities:

· Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

· Collect data and produce reports to assess how effectiveness of each project team.

· Leads an interdepartmental team to complete the assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. 

· Work with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to create and customize products.

· Outlines all tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. 

· Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

· Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

· Conducts risk assessment, report findings, and provide recommendations to eliminate such risk. 

· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.  

· Acts as a liaison between company, customers, employee, and vendors. 

· Communicate and collaborate with internal department to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best  practices.

· Maintain the product backlog and ensure everyone knows the priority.

· Act as the manager of the product development team, helping nurture ideas, determine the roadmap for the product, and work throughout the development process with the scrum team. 

· Understand the customer or stakeholder's perspective, be able to address their concerns and needs during product development. 

· Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience:   

· Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering. 

· 5-8 years of Project Management or related experience.

· PMP Certification and knowledge/experience in similar ERP projects.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements: 

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role integrating software solutions in similar industries which for aviation includes:

• SAP Aircraft M&E
• AMOS (Swiss-AS)
• RAMCO
• IBM Maximo
• IFS/ Maintenix
• Oracle Complex MRO 

Required Skills / Abilities: 

· Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. 

· Excellent analytical skills. 

· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

· An ability to prepare and interpret process flows, flowcharts, schedule deliverables and develop action plans.

· An ability to learn quickly technical applications, proven to subject matter expert for similar software applications.

· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

· Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

· Familiarity with software quality assurance control to ensure deliverables meet customer specifications. 

· Documentation management and ability to use project management tools, including competency in documentation tools that capture Event Driven Processes: Interfacing. Om’s EPC Toolkit or similar.
