Our team works collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient management of our investments, and we are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow projections
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax planning and compliance
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and update financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of financial management
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of our projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
