TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a globally known energy efficiency and utility services consultancy. TRC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operations vertical for our portfolio of residential and commercial electric energy efficiency and demand response solutions in Oklahoma. The portfolio of programs will deliver education and opportunities to earn financial incentives for participating residents and businesses who purchase high-efficiency products and equipment and enroll in programs to manage their energy use. They will be overseeing the operations team, who are collectively responsible for receiving incentive applications and ushering them through internal review and processes by way of a proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking system. These efforts will be executed while communicating by phone or email with Trade Allies (TAs) and customers to seek additional information about a project, educate about available programs, and update applicants about their incentive status. The Operations Manager will be responsible for communicating updates to relevant stakeholders at each phase, remove barriers as needed, and support each project from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate will be an independent detail-oriented leader with a positive attitude and who is excellent at multi-tasking while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication with solid customer service and problem-solving abilities. We are looking for an organized team player with a passion for giving back to the community through equitable energy and sustainability.
