Law Office in Winston Seeking Call Center Reps

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Excellent call center hours (Hours between 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
  • $16.50/hr pay rate with increase after trial period
  • Eligible for monthly bonuses
  • Opportunity for growth

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) call center
  • Making end of cycle collections from credit cards
  • 3 screen monitors for easy display to collect on payment
  • Must have excellent and professional communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Small 15-18 person call center (on-site in a great Winston location)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • High School Diploma or similar
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • MUST have collections experience!
