Teammate will be expected to come to Denver HQ twice per week
The Administrator is responsible for the organization of teammate records in various teammate document management systems, including Digital Teammate Files, Looker, and Workday.
This position involves responding to inquiries and requests for document information or corrections required in a teammate file, fulfilling personnel file requests in accordance with DaVita policies and practices, and providing general support regarding teammate records.
Additionally, this role assists with the administrative maintenance of labor law posters. The teammate must be technology proficient, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with teammates and leadership teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages Digital Teammate Files inbox
- Investigate and resolve TMSS tickets related to teammate’s digital file.
- Guide users to Job Aids / Knowledge Articles on DTMF.
- Troubleshoot system concerns and address inquiries regarding missing or incorrect teammate files, partnering with the vendor when necessary.
- Provide assistance and support with Looker reporting platform.
- Fulfill teammate personnel file requests from current / former teammates, JLD, PS and field leadership.
- Provide support and direction for all other requests.
- Monitor Labor Poster inbox and ensure Poster Guard system is up to date with services and shipments.
- Maintain the organization of the digital job description platform, ensuring accurate document routing to relevant managers.
- Manage and track legal hold requests using the designated spreadsheet.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties but is not limited to supporting team on matters relative to teammate document management.
- Assists with special projects as requested / Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous digital file or record management experience preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of accuracy in a high volume environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; experience with document management and HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames;
self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through

Salary / Wage Range
$18.50 - $30.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
