Reporting directly to our Director of Physician Engagement, there is flexibility to perform this role from any location. The Physician Support Network Coordinator will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our Home Physician Support Network, a group of Home Dialysis physician experts who conduct physician to physician education with qualifying physicians and practices. We are looking for someone with proven excellence in an administrative role, who is an articulate communicator in both an in-person and virtual setting. DaVita is looking for an individual who will go above and beyond to extend the highest level of service excellence. Responsibilities of the Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Coordination of DaVita’s proprietary Home Physician Support Network Organize physician engagements with key stakeholders Manage travel accommodations Maintain Eagle records, contract and invoice processes Collect engagement intake forms and set-up prep calls for upcoming presentations Assist in preparation processes for physician engagements Maintain program’s tracking and monitoring reporting Communicate upcoming presentations/materials to physician team weekly Generate regular reports and read-outs of program’s engagements monthly Ensure compliance with federal regulations, e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, governing referral source relationships Proactively identify, communicate and escalate issues or risks to leadership as necessary Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft products; Microsoft Certified highly preferred Attention to detail Preferred Additional Skills: Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively, build trust, communicate, and partner at all levels of the company Communication skills: Ability to generate strong communications or collateral to support the message Prioritization: Ability to determine and action upon high priority / high impact tasks or request and how to tactfully deprioritize less impactful requests Here is what you can expect when you join our Village: A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter.
