Development coordinator

Civil Works, Inc. (CWI) has a tremendous opportunity for the experienced Coordinator who has supported Business Development and / or Sales professionals.

In this role CWI will count on you to :

• Support initiatives that drive business development and sales for our firm in the South Florida market.
• Successfully engage and collaborate with various stakeholders such as ownership, architects, and contractors
• Client communication, maintenance, and tracking
• Assist with proposal and presentation preparation

Experience and qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in support role centered around business development or sales, preferably within the AEC industry
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active contributor to our Civil Works Team

Work schedule : Enjoy a four-day work week! Monday through Thursday, 7 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. On rare occasions, Fridays and / or weekend work may be needed, with ample notice provided.

Location : This is a full-time, in-office position that can be located in either our Plantation (Fort Lauderdale), or Miami (Doral) office.

Travel : may be required

We specialize in assisting clients in the development of Florida's growing transportation, infrastructure, storm water control, environmental, commercial, residential, and recreational needs.

Company experience includes projects for public sector clients such as the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami-Dade, Broward, other Florida Counties, and their municipalities.

Private sector client projects have included traffic studies and development plans for hotels, shopping centers, commercial and residential complexes.

Our current primary focus is FDOT 3R Milling and Resurfacing projects.

Civil Works has received the Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certifications from Miami-Dade, Broward, and other Counties and DBE from the FDOT.

In May 2021 CWI became affiliated with the TRC Worldwide Engineering, an International Engineering Firm headquartered in Brentwood, TN.
