The GEN4 and Laser Support Specialist will be an essential part of our team to grow the consulting practice in the Operational Technology and Real-Time Systems domain.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of incidents on GEN4 and Laser systems
- Analysis of problems
- Implementation of solutions to problems
- Management of patches provided by solution providers: source management, compilation and MEP plan
- Processing of service requests related to GEN4 and Laser products
- Information requests
- Technical support. Examples: answers on the functioning of the systems, giving recommendations to meet the needs of the users
- Collaboration in projects and evolutionary/adaptive requests affecting GEN4 and Laser systems
- Analysis of new requests
- Produce a recommendation/estimate, with the approval and support of HQ governance: product managers, BPO, TPO and EMS
- Plan and execute implementation activities
- MEP of required changes
- Planning and execution of activities related to GEN4 and Laser system maintenance
- Regular exercises required by NERC compliance
- Activities related to the technical maintenance of the systems
