Pay Rate: Depends on Experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Summary:
Administrator will process payroll for 425-450 employees. Communication skills are key as this individual will consult with employees on eligibility provisions and matters related to benefit programs.

Essential Functions:
- Process biweekly and weekly payroll timely and accurately, review and verify source documents, calculate and post payroll deductions.
- Prepare payroll journal and upload to accounting software.
- Address employee's benefit and pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information
- Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies
- Update payroll records by recording changes including insurance coverage, payroll withholding, salary increases, terminations, transfers and promotions.
- Maintain accuracy of Earnings and Deduction Codes
- Ensure accuracy during open enrollment process and related benefits codes.
- Manage employee data using HRIS systems while ensuring accuracy.
- Work with employees to collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software.
- Reconcile carrier invoices and ensure timely payment of monthly premium
- Provide guidance and assistance with recruiting, prescreening, and onboarding in accordance with Affirmative Action Plans.
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures’, assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures’, and guides management accordingly.
- Provide optimal customer service and ensure employee satisfaction.
