Line Chef

We are looking for Line Cooks to join our busy and dedicated team. The ideal candidates for this position must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain a great attitude while handling all necessary food prep responsibilities, from receiving shipments to preparing food for service. A successful candidate will have experience working in a kitchen, take the initiative and be prepared for any situation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe workplace for all employees.
• Be able to work with knives and other kitchen utensils.
• Have knowledge of the food ingredients and equipment used in cooking.
• Be familiar with all kitchen safety and health regulations.
• Follow instructions from management regarding dish availability, menu changes, meal preparation, and food quality standards.
• Follow instructions from management regarding the preparation of specific dishes.
• Follow instructions from management about food presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
