Job Posting for Digital Media Specialist New at Treasure Island Resort & Casino
SUMMARY: Assists in developing and providing content for a variety of digital media strategies including but not limited to email, SMS and website. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and provide content for the company website and email campaigns email and SMS campaigns.
- Create, schedule and execute email campaigns and SMS messaging in Salesforce and maintain email database
- Manage database development and utilization, multiple media channels and assist in strategic decisions.
- Determine requesting department needs, strategies and goals and implement their requests
- Produce multiple daily and weekly projects, ensuring project consistency and timely message delivery
- Identify Salesforce technical issues and track issue through resolution
- Identify industry standards, best practices and trends.
- Create and analyze web traffic Salesforce reports and share results with Management
- Assist and design graphics for both Treasure Island and Prairie Island emails, websites, promotional items and advertising materials.
- Assist in updating the website and performing monthly audits.
QUALIFICATION
Required:
- 4-year degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Craft, and Lytho requested but not required
- Knowledge of Email SPAM laws, security and privacy issues
- Proven success in areas such as database marketing
- Previous experience with email design, user experience and tracking.

- Experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development
