The Enterprise System Support Analyst serves as a cross-module support specialist and
trainer for the effective daily use of the College’s database information system, Jenzabar.
The position will help lead end-users in the College’s adoption of the web-based Jenzabar
Web tools, while continuing to support the existing client-server implementation of
Jenzabar. The Analyst may be called on to provide backup support for other Jenzabar users
throughout the College as situations dictate; this flexible work assignment will help develop
the Analyst’s understanding of College processes, as well as offer temporary support to
multiple departments during times of high need. The role requires attention to multiple
details and project management, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are
crucial. The Analyst is expected to maintain confidentiality and conduct themselves in a
highly professional manner in all interactions with College employees and students.

QUALIFICATIONS

MANDATORY:

  • Education: Associate's degree; or combination of experience and education, or
equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required
knowledge, abilities, and skills to effectively perform the responsibilities of the
position.
  • Experience: Working knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Experience: Working with integrated technologies and enterprise-wide systems in a

college environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of Jenzabar's Enterprise Resource Planning systems including EX, EXi,
and JICS
  • Knowledge of Powerfaids
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or applicable Customer Relationship Management system
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Knowledge of SQL

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Jenzabar product suite, and other
systems, to be able to train staff to use the systems efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skill by maintaining effective working
relationships with college staff, students and other clientele.
  • Collaborate with the Information Technology Department and other College
employees to guide resolution to operational issues identified between end users and
the ERP administrative system.
  • Create, update, and maintain system documentation including program, procedural
and end user documentation.
  • Self-study vendor-provided documentation in order to implement best practices and
procedures within all the ERP modules.
  • Develop and/or work with staff to create/develop/maintain standard data reports
customizable by the end user.
  • Develop end-user reporting using SQL Reporting Services, Infomaker, or Microsoft
Excel.
  • Provide flexible temporary support for student services, the business office, and
other college departments as needed to meet seasonal or situation demands for
additional assistance.
  • . Supervision over processes used for Sales Force, Enrollment Rx, Powerfaids,
including transferring the information into Jenzabar.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain system for tracking outside scholarships.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain system for reporting unclaimed property accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with Enterprise Systems Support Analysis-Business Office
position to assist with Cashnet.
  • Manage tuition rates information sheet.
  • Assist with building charge tables and activate pending charges and pending financial
aid for each term.
  • Assist with HR and payroll in implementing systems necessary to process payroll and
maintain employee applications and other data, as may be necessary.
  • Assist with producing accurate year-end tax reporting (i.e. 1098Ts, W-2s, OR & ID
tax reporting).
  • Assist collaboratively with Advising, Athletics, Residence Life, Food Services, Student

Life, Testing Center, Bookstore and other applicable Student Services Departments
with applicable software and processes support.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a full-time, Professional, exempt position.

hours per month of sick leave accrual.
