OR - Warehouse Supervisor

To remain a recognized leader, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor that is a motivated self-starter, dependable and team-oriented to provide the best customer experience. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, attention to detail and time management. This position is responsible for supervising the employees' work quality, productivity and attendance. This position also requires training and mentoring for all new employees with the Tredit Tire & Wheels culture of safety and excellence.

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday with OT work as necessary.

Pay dependent on experience and determined by hiring manager.

Role Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes daily objectives by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, such as coaching, counseling, or discipline as needed.
• Lead employees to perform in a proficient manner, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all controls, equipment, and resources.
• Promote the achievement of plant goals and objectives within assigned team.
• Monitor staff and all proceedings inside warehouse and manage issues in a professional manner.
• Utilize the ERP system to ensure material availability in support of production requirements.
• Supports and upholds established Tredit Tire & Wheel policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, and safety environment.
• Understand the daily work schedule and delivery requirements and perform work to achieve on time/accurate delivery.
• Well organized, with the ability to track multiple activities involving numerous details.
• Supervise, evaluate, and provide performance feedback to ensure all company standards are met.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of oversight.
• Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and needed.

What Tredit Tire is looking for:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience in all areas of warehouse operation: receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Preferred proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physical activity for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
• Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• Quality minded individual to meet our customer’s needs.

• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug screen.
