Web Developer

Tree House Recovery is a leading rehabilitation and wellness center dedicated to providing personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. As our organization expands, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer with Content Management Skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing five company websites, ensuring they remain informative, visually appealing, and up-to-date with relevant content.

Responsibilities:

• Website Maintenance:
• Regularly monitor and maintain the functionality and performance of all five company websites.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs promptly.
• Implement website updates, including bug fixes, security patches, and platform upgrades.

• Content Management:
• Collaborate with the creative team to create, edit, and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content across all websites.
• Ensure all written and visual content aligns with Tree House Recovery's brand voice and guidelines.
• Coordinate with different departments to obtain relevant content, such as blog posts, testimonials, and success stories.

• Content Publishing and Scheduling:
• Publish new content, such as articles, videos, and images, according to a pre-defined content calendar.
• Schedule content releases to maximize reach and engagement with the target audience.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content and comments where applicable.

• Website Design Updates:
• Collaborate with the design team to implement website layout and visual updates, maintaining a consistent and modern user interface.
• Optimize websites for a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.

• SEO and Analytics:
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
• Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align website updates with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Gather feedback and input from stakeholders to improve website functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with Content Management Skills or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages and frameworks.
• Strong WordPress skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
• Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and user behavior.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage five websites effectively.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with various teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
