We are looking for someone who can help us grow and maintain our tree maintenance business. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a team player, and has a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in a leadership role on a production tree crew.

  • Ability to lead and manage a team of employees.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers, employees, and the public.
  • Ability to comply with regulatory agencies such as DOT and OSHA.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and meet deadlines.
  • CDL driver's license a plus. Valid driver's license a must.
  • Ability to operate tree related equipment such as loaders, buckets, and stump grinders.
  • Ability to do crane assisted tree service.
  • Ability to be on call for emergency storm work.
  • Ability to follow and enforce safe working practices.
  • Ability to keep a positive and motivating mindset.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Tree care: 3 years (Required)
  • Leadership: 3 years (Required)
  • Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • CDL (Preferred)
  • OSHA 10 (Preferred)
