We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality standards
  • Identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring effective and efficient quality processes and procedures
  • Analyzing and documenting product quality metrics
  • Conducting and monitoring quality system audits
  • Maintaining records of manufacturing processes
  • Assisting in maintaining the quality management system
  • Providing guidance, support and training to the quality department
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in quality engineering
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and experience with analytical tools such as Access, Excel, Minitab, or similar tools
  • SAP (or other ERP) experiences is a plus
  • 3D CAD Experience (Solidworks) or experience with Packaging programs is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
