Job Summary
Treecycle is seeking to fill the position of Fleet Maintenance Manager. As we continue to expand and optimize our Operations, we recognize the need for a dedicated leader who possesses a mechanical background and exceptional skills in both people management and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will not only be adept at managing our fleet's day to day maintenance activities but will also have a proven track record in the following critical areas:

1. Proficiency in Excel: A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for managing reports, tracking maintenance schedules and analyzing inventory data. The ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency will be highly valued.

2. People Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key for fostering a collaborative environment. The right candidate will need to effectively lead their team, resolve conflicts, and train staff on best practices in fleet maintenance.

3. Detail-Oriented Paperwork Management: The complexity of fleet management entails meticulous documentation for maintenance records, compliance, and reporting. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in managing this paperwork.

4. Inventory Tracking: An important responsibility will include monitoring the inventory in our shop. The ability to keep accurate counts of supplies and equipment and identify any potential issues before they arise will be vital for ensuring operational flow.

5. Mechanical Experience: The candidate can exhibit mechanical skills to efficiently oversee fleet service and repairs, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles and machines. More mechanical skilled applicants will be noticed.

Salary $75,000 - $85,000
