Overview
We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Programme Oversight. As a Project Manager within the Programme Oversight team, you will work alongside Programme SMEs to support owners from Businesses’ and Functions’ where work efforts impact multiple businesses or have legal entity level deliverables.

Responsibilities
About the role
- Responsibilities for the role may include, but are not limited to:
- Provides strategic direction and feedback with respect to initiative or project creation, alignment to business goals, stakeholder management and executive communications.
- Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders, organizations and business heads.
- Collaborates with Senior Management on cross functional areas and other projects, as appropriate. Identify and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives.
- Determines the type, frequency, participants of governance required to meet all objectives
- Ensures seniors’ awareness and sign-off of scope, impact, and implementation plans
- Ensures that technology specifications, test scripts and plans provide full coverage and traceability of the business requirements
- Leads the identification and drives resolution of cross-business issues
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
- A strong working experience delivering change in the Markets businesses across multiple desks is desirable
- Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders, organizations and business heads
- Proven experience of effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives.
- Strong record of assessing risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the company’s safeguarding, clients and assets.
- Ability to apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Ability to manage and interrogate large data sets to troubleshoot issues
- Can demonstrate experience of hands-on project management having performed project planning using suitable tools, RAID management, RACI identification, RTM
- Ability to use appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, JIRA, HP Quality Centre and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/Office 365 or knowledge of equivalent products
