Tasks and Responsibilities:
The primary functions of the Customer Assurance-Quality Coordinator(CA) position are to:
- Initially work with AHA management team to finalize the process, and then manage reviewing, documenting, and communicating customer requirements to our supply base.
- Own and champion all functions of training, template creation, guideline creation, and overall process of customer requirements.
- Establish relationships with all applicable parties to ensure clarity on processes, importance of processes, and provide support to ensure understanding.
- Establish documented sign-off process for most current level of customer documents accessible to supply base.
- Review and interpret available customer documents. These include, but are not limited to; contracts, drawings, specifications, quality manuals.
- Responsible to improve interpretation of packaging, labeling, and kitting requirements.
- Determine feasibility to comply with requirements and also identify points of risk. Will work internally to ensure appropriate measures are taken to meet requirements.
- Assist creation of flowdowns/print messages, work instructions and other documents that clarify customer requirements for the organization to be used for accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage storage of Aerohub Americas customer requirements via controlled site as described in process.
- Manage access to Aerohub Americas customer requirements keeping up to date records

- Responsible for improving accuracy to meet customer expectations for new item creation and revisions.
- Responsible to be subject matter expert, to identify customer fulfillment requirements, thereby reducing overall risk for other functions, while improving customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Understand revision change process and advise if it impacts current procedures.
- Improve organizational interpretation of packaging, labeling and kitting requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in a Technical or related Commercial role required.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and quality manuals
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or other related field
- Experience in the use of business operational software Oracle JDE is preferred
- Proficiency and experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint beneficial
- Knowledge of rubber/plastic products is beneficial
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements is preferred is beneficial
- Ability to read and understand technical print

Travel:
- The CA position is a local geographic position in the US.
- Travel requirements (including overnight travel) will be approximately 10% of the work time. Travel will include local and national requirements for business meetings, and trainings.
