Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Assistant to Executive Board to join the team.
This unique position provides the opportunity for a highly self-motivated professional who is capable of managing/prioritizing a diverse workload with the opportunity to learn the inner workings of the business by supporting key members of the Executive Management team.
This role will be responsible for conserving the time of the Executive Management team by collecting and interpreting data, developing presentations and reports, and organizing productive meetings and events.
As schedules of the Executive Management Team can sometimes change quickly, this person will need to be resourceful and able to adapt and adjust quickly to these changing situations and take the initiative to support the team as needed.
This is an opportunity for a development candidate who would like to move into a management role within 2-3 years. It is important to note that while some administrative duties are required, this is NOT an administrative assistant role.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management
- 3-5 years business experience
- Experience working in a global organization in collaboration with many functions
Job Responsibilities:
- Collects monthly reports elements to support report development for various Executive Board (EB) Members including VP of HR, Commercial BU Presidents and as required from other executive team members.
- Assists the finance team in collecting data from team members on KPI’s related to leading indicators, and project related information.
- Assists with the collection of Business Plans, Market Segment Strategies, Growth Plans and other reports as necessary. At times will review such strategies and turn back for improvement prior to forwarding to executive management team.
- As requested, participates in the development of strategies, creation of business plans and CapEx documents.
- Acts as a champion for change, which could lead to leading certain change topics.
- Completes special projects as assigned by the Executive Management Team in an array of disiciplines.
- Oversees the execution of selected business processes including (but not limited to) the annual CSL scrub processes, the growth customer approval process and sales pipeline reporting
- Serves as a representative of the Executive Management Team as needed.
- Assists in maintaining calendars for executive management and scheduling meeting requests
- For larger event meetings, acts a meeting planner and takes responsibility for meeting execution. Additionally assists with agenda and production of collatorial materials.
- Proof reads work, helps with slide development and creative input
- Supports the Business Area President, VP of Finance, BU Presidents and VP of HR and Quality.
And any other task assigned by Executive Management Team
