Tasks and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Performs minor equipment rebuilds including electrical and hydraulic systems
- Performs preventative maintenance activities on plant equipment
- Completes emergency repairs as necessary to minimize costly downtime and to maintain production schedules
- Maintains company equipment
- Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes
- Requires occasional use of company forklift and company owned vehicles
- Retrives supplies from merchant vendors as needed
Education and Experience
- 2 year technical degree in related field OR equivalent experience
- Experience with cleanroom manufacturing desired
