What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN (FT) position at Trellis Centennial?

Job Details:

Nights and weekends RN; 12 hour shifts.
RN will provide professional five star care to assigned patients in nursing home environment.
Record patients histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, develop patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
Must be organized and have great communication skills. Looking for kind friendly RN to be a positive part of our team.
