The Trempealeau Co Health Care Center seeks a full-time Activity Assistant to join our facility. You will be helping our residents with their daily routines and guiding them with games, walks, holiday activities, and other fun tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Plan group activities and assist residents with participation.
  • Assist with mealtime prep, delivery, and clean-up.
  • Help oversee internal and external outings with residents.
  • Document resident attendance to scheduled activities and chart as requested.
  • Be aware of changing behaviors by residents and report to supervision.

Skills

  • Attend required computer training related to the job.
  • Follow all Federal, State, and County laws as they apply to your position.
  • Meet all policies and procedures as stated by the Trempealeau Co Health Care Center.
