Position Overview:

With leads provided and no cold calling required, you can focus on what you do best – closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
• Conduct thorough consultations and site evaluations to assess the feasibility of solar installations.
• Provide personalized recommendations and proposals based on customer requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for renewable energy and commitment to environmental sustainability.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
