Job Type Full-time Description Trenam Law has a need for a Probate Litigation Attorney with 6 years of experience handling contested estates. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sophisticated, high-value estates and high net worth clients, as well as handling other legal work in our diverse Private Client Services practice group. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Review and edit drafts of probate documents for formal probate, informal probate, guardianships, and conservatorships. Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence, and other pleadings for contested matters. Research and prepare accompanying memorandums for various probate issues. Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas, and document requests. Requirements Primary responsibilities will be to attend client meetings, depositions and court hearings, prepare and file motions and responses with the courts and draft estate planning documents.
