We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to support our QA Division in Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership team to create accurate job descriptions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards, and Referrals using traditional and non-traditional methods to source active and passive candidates
- Accurately document and track candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
- Use basic technical screening to assess candidates to ensure they meet minimum job requirements
- Negotiate offers and close candidates by obtaining Letters of Commitment
- Develop strong relationships with technical leads and candidates
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees Proactively build a network of candidates for current and future needs
- Responsible for candidate sourcing and onboarding
- Maintain social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to improve networking
Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Experience with job posting sites and tools (Ziprecruiter, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
- Experience or in depth understanding of IT recruiting is a plus
- Detailed oriented and outside the box thinking
- Self-starter and dedication to work assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
