What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operations Coordinator position at TRG?
The Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) is the internal liaison between sales and operations to ensure proper hand off for project-based opportunities from pre-sales to post-sales. This position plays a key role in overall project success by leading all project kick-off efforts, coordinating resources, and overseeing the creation of project documentation, including Scopes of Work (SOW). The SOC works alongside SMEs and operational team leads to outline, manage, and communicate all logistical needs and details for a successful project execution.
Essential Functions
• Assists with and writes SOW documentation for all projects in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for organizing and managing multiple projects at one time
• Act as a liaison between TRG departments to assist with SOW completion and issue resolution (i.e. Project
Management, SMEs, Parts, Deployments, Project Management, and Depot Teams)
• Collaborates with internal operations team and customers to obtain necessary project related details or to respond
to project related inquiries during the onboarding process
• Understands TRG’s services along with customer requirements and expectations
• Schedules / hosts project kick-off calls with internal team members
• Ensures a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales following TRG’s processes
• Maintains accurate records regarding all aspects of the onboarding process in SalesForce.com
• Assist with tracking and maintaining reporting KPIs and metrics for leadership
• Work cross functionally with departments to remove roadblocks and solve strategic and tactical issues during the
onboarding process
• Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in a Customer Success role providing outstanding support
• Must be well organized with excellent follow through and strong logic based analytical skills
• Customer focused, very responsive, and action oriented to meet business needs while maintaining a positive,
professional outlook
• Entrepreneurial approach that nurtures strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict
confidentiality
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Must be Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to take and pass a background check
