- -We are looking for a Administrative and Support Services Assistant to help with the daily administrative operations of a large rental community that's been voted the best in Rochester for 20 years. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently and accurately. This person will be a self-starter comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner. Customer service skills required. Flexible pay rate commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Prepare and distribute multiple forms of communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of all data entry
- Respond to resident related requests and concerns
- Coordinate with associates to ensure compliance with established policies
- Perform Rental Agent duties when needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant role
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
- Yardi software experience a plus
