Job Description:
Xenith Solutions is seeking a candidate to facilitate or guide a software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness. The Scrum Master leads discussions and decision making and assists in conflict resolution. Demonstrate expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements from project stakeholders. Create Requirement Documents (RD) and based on the project need, develop Test Plans (TPs) and Test Cases. Possesses knowledge, some experience, or capabilities in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple tasks and/or organizations. Supports the development of solutions to address an organization’s challenges. Supports project objectives and helps assess the impact of industry trends, policy, or standard methodologies. Conducts activities in support of project team’s objectives. This is a Level I position with 1-4 years of experience.
