The hiring range for this opportunity is $26.45 to $31.25 hourly along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support in the Salesforce platform under the direction of the Digital Channels manager and the Salesforce Admin(s) and Developer(s). You will work closely with the technical teams to ensure that the system is optimized to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to users, creating reports and dashboards, and working with the technical team to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Configure Salesforce Applications as needed and approved
• Create custom Reports and Dashboards with guidance by Salesforce Admin(s), and updates data based on business needs
• Evaluate, test, and install new Salesforce releases and enhancements, and enables new features in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Assists training on new or revised features to stakeholders.
• Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Assist in the training of all bank users on Salesforce and in the creation and update of ProTips and Announcements.
• Provide technical support to users by handling and resolving ServiceNow tickets. This will include working with the Salesforce Admin(s) for Sales Correction Cases, Sales Correction Communication, and Referral Validations.
• Work with the Salesforce Admins to ensure adherence to Bank Change Control and other policies and procedures for new releases, ongoing maintenance and updates, and other system changes.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily task checklist, including user account updates via Security Console.
• Daily import review and troubleshooting (Informatica data load).
• Maintain Knowledge articles.
• Maintain and create Campaigns.
• Maintain a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Knowledge or exposure to various areas within Salesforce (e.g. Lightning, Flows, Triggers, Layouts)
