Tri County Metals is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for our Ocala, FL location.The Customer Service Representative will be the face and/or voice of Tri County Metals developing the relationship with our long-term customers while displaying our core value of old fashioned customer service. The CSR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer and revenue growth objectives.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years sales and customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Determine and understand customer requirements and expectations to recommend the specific products and solutions to their needs and desires.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as estimates, invoices and credits.
- Communicate with Outside Sales Reps on issues, concerns and opportunities related to their accounts or prospects.
