Approximately 120 Tri Delta chapters enjoy a common living or meeting space as part of their membership, and our Housing team works hard over the summer months to ensure these spaces are prepared for members to return in the fall. The Housing Intern participates in summer projects at Tri Delta properties across the United States, and gets to see what living in a Tri Delta home looks like! When not working at a chapter facility assisting with a summer project, there is plenty of work behind the scenes our interns have a hand on, such as updating marketing materials, stakeholder resources, and more!
The Housing Intern is a member of Tri Delta's Housing Team. This role will assist with on-site installs, property improvements, administrative tasks and will work closely with Tri Delta housing staff, project manager(s), and interior designers to deliver positive project outcomes. Travel to Tri Delta properties to assist with these tasks and projects will be based on project need and occur over the summer months.

- Travel: 75%
- Supervised by: Director of Properties
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- On-Site Install/Property Improvements
- Assist with the install at a facility
- Communicate progress/completion of install/property upgrade to Housing staff
- Facility Management
- Assisting the Housing team with facility projects
- Performing facility walkthroughs or mapping
- Performing facility check-ins after an install has occurred or is in progress
- Communicate progress/updates of facility management to Housing staff
- Administrative Projects
- Assist the Housing team with administrative projects
- These can include, but are not limited to:
- Updating stakeholder facing resources
- Data entry into budgeting software and Microsoft office products
- Marketing material updates and editing
Qualifications
Required qualifications include:
- Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented work ethic
- Availability and flexibility to travel during May through August 2024
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program at an accredited college or university
Preferred qualifications include:
- Education or experience in interior design
