Tri Pointe Homes Washington is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Position Highlights: The Digital Marketing Specialist’s responsibility is to implement division/brand online campaigns working with multiple digital platforms in alignment with marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, attract and convert new leads as well as engage current homebuyers through marketing communications. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of the design, testing, maintenance and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns utilizing company templates and platforms. This role will be collaborative and will be a power user of marketing automation systems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Marketing leader to implement planned marketing and sales events such as lifestyle events, new community grand openings, open homes, sales events, and homeowner events.
- As directed, participates as a marketing liaison between division marketing leadership, on-site sales teams, and the home office marketing team, ensuring effective and efficient communication.
- Support Marketing leaders with model photography, community and model videos, and production home photography with local vendors.
- Assists in the development and execution of promotions and tracking and reporting of promotion results.
- Participates in the adoption and optimization of new tools, tactics, and strategies that help the internal team to communicate, market effectively, and validate marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders, the home office marketing team, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors to create and manage email campaigns, email drip programs, digital content, paid search, display, and social media advertising, leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing user experience.
- Analyze the performance of online marketing programs, make recommendations and take action to optimize results
- Deliver on multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Interact collaboratively with Marketing leaders and other internal home-building departments to gather input and materials to create digital assets, and email content.
- Ensure all content adheres to corporate and regulatory compliance standards and secure necessary approvals of content when required.
- Maintain marketing supplies and promotional items, assist with meeting preparation and provide administrative support to marketing leadership for the smooth operation of the department.
- Assist with the coordination and review of marketing reports - sales, traffic, buyer profiles, SEO, digital ads, etc.
- Coordinates/assists with community openings and close-downs of the model complex and sales offices at all completed communities. Including construction, installation, and timeline monitoring.
- Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent business experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable expertise in digital marketing where you were responsible for hands-on execution of online branding, content development, and results.
- Experience in Real Estate or equivalent B2C marketing work experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Solid organization and analytical skills, with a results-oriented, collaborative work style. Self-motivated, highly driven, and fast learner.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Must be proactive with the ability to multi-task and follow through with projects containing a high level of detail.
- Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
