Requirements:
- No experience necessary! Training provided during first weeks of employment.
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, OR 18 years of age.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Takes direction from the Assistant and General Managers.
- Serves as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily and White Bison brands.
- Reports to work on time, ready and excited to work scheduled shift.
- Keeps the store and bar area clean and orderly.
- Maintains stock of clean mugs, plates, and necessary equipment.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and reports and maintenance necessary needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Answer guests' questions regarding ingredients and maintains a proficient knowledge of food intolerances and allergies.
- Takes orders, paying attention to small details and requests (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios, etc.).
- Prepare beverages following recipes and requests.
- Serve beverages and prepare hot/cold food such as cookies, pastries, and muffins.
- Performs basic math functions to collect payments and make accurate change.
- Maintains an accurate cash drawer and basic retail inventory count.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with professional cash handling procedures.
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environments.
