  • The Intake Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner
  • The primary function is to ensure smooth coordination of intake and admissions process and assists with program operations by performing the following duties:
  • Responsible for all intake and admissions administrative documentation
  • Arranges for psychological evaluation or any other required services for prospective clients, in collaboration with an assigned case manager or other staff person
  • Manages documentation as relevant to intake & admissions
  • Refers new clients or guests to mental health for assessment when necessary
  • Reviews all admissions documentation with candidates, including the program wide policies and procedures prior to and upon admission
  • Responsible for gathering information that will help other admissions staff & case managers determine whether a person meets fit criteria
  • Assigns admissions team or case manager to mental health practitioners based on intake assessments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
