What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Tri State CPAs?
Job Summary
- Must have extensive knowledge of Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliations and General Bookkeeping Principals including Cash and Accrual Basis.
- Will be working for multiple clients at the same time, so must be able to multi-task and be super efficient.
- Complies with Federal, State and Local filing requirements (Sales Tax, Commercial Activity Tax, Etc.)
- Reconciliation of various accounts including fixed assets, A/P, A/R, other accrual and prepaid accounts.
- Payroll Experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience with a CPA Firm is desirable.

- Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Public CPA Firm experience desirable but not required
QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Microsoft Office is required

Pay Range
$18 to $23 an hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
