About us
We are a renowned all-inclusive guest ranch open from Jun 23-Sept 14 2024. The historic Ranch is located in the Shoshone National Forest surrounded by scenic mountains, lakes and streams just 60 miles from Jackson Hole and 20 miles from Dubois WY.
We are looking for a team member to be responsible for all bar/saloon operations from opening to close. Must have prior bartender experience in creative mixology, as well as expertly mixing cocktails and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Knowledge of wine and spirit varieties is important to ensure guests have options that meet their tastes. In charge of inventory management, bar budget and continual sanitation of bar areas and equipment/tools. Will be asked during non bar hours to assist at times with projects or activities such as maintenance, fly fishing, hiking, etc. depending on skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive attitude to engage customers and create beverages at their request remembering their names and preferences to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Create beverage specials and be knowledgeable to answer questions and meet guests needs for alcoholic, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed within budget.
- Maintain bar in a clean and orderly fashion at all times using sanitary standards.
- Assist service staff during dinner service to ensure guests have beverages they request and assisting to clear tables to allow service staff to maintain service operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $1,800.00 - $1,850.00 per month
