Primary responsibilities is to manage, administer and support all core system solutions, collaborate with internal users and vendors to drive upgrades. Provide industry guidance for best practice processes. Operate and support other infrastructure systems as needed.
Provide management and support of all advanced systems and related enterprise tools. Able to use all available resources to find and resolve problems. Monitor and maintain core systems and drive support and process improvement initiatives. Provide and manage day to day administrative functions of all core systems.
Investigate and resolve application functionality issues as needed. Provide level one/two support for all related applications. Document errors, alerts, problem resolution, recurring issues. Create technical cause-effect analysis as needed. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed to meet business and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve integrity issues for all core systems while ensuring systems are stable and efficient.
Must be member focused and teamwork oriented. Skilled in handling multiple competing priorities, using time effectively and efficiently. Skilled in a variety of formal presentation settings conveying technical and project management to non-technical users. Communicate using Service Strategies and as role model for department.
Troubleshooting technical issues and identify modifications needed to meet business and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve integrity issues for all core systems while ensuring systems are stable and efficient.
Serve as the technical expert for the institution and provide direction and support in the use of all core related systems. Create, maintain and communicate change management documentation as needed. Create implement and document backup and restore procedures. Provide management and implementation of disaster recovery plans and ensure disaster recovery plans meet stated SLA.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive core technologies, data systems, process automation and industry best practices to meet increasing expectations, regulation and competition.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Travel between locations as needed
