What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator/medical receptionist/medical assistant position at Triangle Pain Consultants?
Need experienced patient care coordinator/medical receptionist/medical assistant with good attendance record and references. We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and planning skills and computer/EMR skills, and excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work. Being a good team player and eager to learn is essential for this position. The position also requires skills to understand and apply medical billing, do prior authorization, check insurance eligibility, deductibles, copays, etc. We are looking someone who is responsible, reliable, respectful, efficient, hard working, and has experience working in medical office before. We prefer someone with clinical background and experience (such as CNA or MA) who can step in and help when needed in the clinical area. We prefer local candidates.
