What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrative Assistant position at Tribar Technologies, Inc.?
Role and Responsibilities - Specific duties include but are not limited to:
· Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
· Coordinate and prepare materials for HR projects, meetings, training seminars, and new hire orientation.
· Collaborate with recruiters as needed.
· Administrative requests from Management Team.
· Answer Telephones and greet visitors.
· Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications/meetings.
· Coordinate plan internal and external events or meetings.
· Organize and maintain file system.
Skill and Education requirements:
· Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Maintaining Employee Files, Compensation and Wage Structure, Orienting Employees, Benefits Administration, Interviewing Skills, Professionalism, Organization, Teamwork, Supply Management.
· High School Diploma and 1 year of experience in HR
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes and airborne particles, toxic and caustic chemicals, and extreme heat

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
