Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Data Integrity Steward:
· Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all HR files, records, and documentation within our HRIS system (UKG).
Employee Liaison:
· Act as the primary point of contact for employees, offering informed responses to inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures. Escalate complex queries to HR leadership for resolution.
Onboarding and Off boarding Excellence:
· Collaborate closely with our Human Resources team to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees (i.e. business cards, employee badges, training and orientation schedules)
Employee Relations Department Support:
· Support the department by ordering supplies, processing incoming mail, maintaining office equipment, coordinating events and employee recognition and awards.
Adaptability and Collaboration:
· Be prepared to contribute beyond your primary responsibilities, by providing administrative support to HR Coordinator, HR Analyst and Director of Employee Relations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
· Full-Time position; must be able to report on-site at downtown office, 5 days a week.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative and/or support roles
· Educational Requirement: High School Graduate required, Associate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
· MS Office experience required
· Foundational HR Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices (preferred)
· Application Tracking Systems (ATS) knowledge or experience preferred but not required.
· Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and an innate ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
· Organizational Prowess: Leverage advanced multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills, coupled with a keen sense of prioritization
· Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
· Administrative Expertise: Display extensive experience in scheduling meetings, efficiently managing calendars, and executing a variety of administrative duties
