JOB DESCRIPTION
Tricera Capital is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist in coordinating schedules and travel for its two principals. Additional roles may be to assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of Tricera’s home office. Candidates must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, swiftness, and attention to detail are highly valued. The ideal applicant should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, possessing strong organization, multi-tasking, communication, and teamwork skills, and demonstrating resourcefulness and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Requirements:
- 1-5 yrs. of experience in an administrative role supporting senior staff
- Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to multitask while prioritizing workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Express a willingness to contribute to the organization’s goals and growth
- Must be a notary or become a notary upon hire (Tricera to pay for all fees)
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Tricera’s two co-founders/principals
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, personnel expenses, and project support
- Manage office supplies and kitchen inventory
- Function as the liaison to Tricera Capital’s main office
- Perform other duties as determined by the company’s principals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
