Server/Waiter

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide exceptional service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays when necessary
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.14 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
