Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or related
- 5 years of corporate accounting experience
- Working knowledge of SAGE 300, NetSuite, or other accounting software is a major plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Reliable, accountable, team-oriented, career-minded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments, and inventory control
- Monitor record of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions
- Manage balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in preparation for month-end and quarterly closing process
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investment transactions in preparation of quarterly reports for management
- Communicate with customers on past due invoices and provide weekly status updates to management
- Support the preparation of financial statements in collaboration with external CPA
- Serve as company liaison with auditors, such as annual financial audits
- Ad hoc analysis
- Other related duties as assigned
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
