- Proficientin using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strongmechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problemsindependently.

Responsibilities :
- Performthe maintenance required to keep the building and its systems ingood working order.
- Utilizingthe building management system (BMS) to monitor condition ofsystems and make environmental adjustments as needed.
- Respondto service calls for repairs or installation.
- Repairminor plumbing leaks faucets and fixtures.
- Addresscarpentry needs like repairing furniture doors and shelves.
- Monitoringrepairing and preforming maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Addressingplumbing issues as required.
- Aestheticmaintenance such as painting dry wall door hardware issues and snowremoval.
- Addresscarpentry needs like repairing furniture doors and shelves.
- Keepmaintenance logs up to date and ensure PM is being completed ontime and in accordance to the PM schedule.
- Supportafterhours and weekend tasks as needed on an overtime basis.
