The Role
We are looking for an Inventory and Pricing Analyst to join our growing Ecommerce team. The focus of this role is to work with online sales and merchandising teams to help define inventory needs and pricing models while evaluating TricorBraun’s product portfolio. The Inventory and Pricing Analyst will be responsible for helping to drive growth and profitability by providing insights to the business through analysis of competitive pricing, assortment strategies and customer buying patterns.
- Develop a strategy to expand future assortment as well as review existing assortment to help minimize underperforming product lines.
- Use industry trends and competitive data to establish, manage and execute price changes to website items.
- Manage reports that improves inventory availability and maximizes sales and gross profit.
- Apply business judgment and data mining analytics to help identify, prioritize, structure and summarize findings into useful information that can be used to increase revenue, cut costs, and drive supply chain efficiency.
- Utilize available data, analytics and information to create customized dashboards to track KPI’s and report on supply chain performance.
- Identify and understand various data sources; explore large volumes of online and offline data across various platforms and data sets.
- Maintain specific technical knowledge of systems and programs and how these can be used to complete projects more efficiently.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders regarding deadlines.
The Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in the field of business, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong time management skills and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a data-driven team
- Excellent decision-making skills and a highly resourceful problem solver
- Proficient computer skills, with a heavy emphasis on both Excel and Access
