We’re looking for a VP of Global Tax to lead all tax matters across TricorBraun worldwide.
Reporting to the CFO, you will act as our in-house tax advisor and be responsible for managing tax planning, compliance, and accounting for all areas of tax.

Your role here
You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement a global tax strategy and structure that supports TricorBraun’s corporate and business strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with keen business instincts who can understand and apply tax concepts to TricorBraun’s expanding global business. You are a strong, values driven leader with a proven track record in building and developing teams through collaboration, open communication, and mentoring.
Your experience and background
- Master’s Degree in Tax or JD. Bachelor’s Degree required
- International and M&A tax experience required, Big 4 preferred.
- 10 years of relevant work experience, with proven leadership in a global tax role preferably within a public or private equity sponsored company of scale
- CPA License preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization; ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders
- Ability to form and lead a high performing team
