JOB INFORMATION
Position: Application Sustain Specialist Location: Detroit - MI (Day 1 Onsite) Contract – C2C & W2
Job Summary:
Experience - 8 yrs
1. 5 years performing application sustain / support, migration activities including change management, incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- This is an application sustain / support position, not a development one. There will be no development activities. We are seeking an application sustain / support specialist to sustain multiple Fraud applications.
- Duties
- Create, manage, and participate in change requests and incidents (i.e., trouble tickets) for infrastructure and application changes and issues for supported applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot supported application jobs, configurations, performance, etc.
- Creating project deliverables and driving implementation plan.
- Manage and resolve application vulnerabilities.
- Perform Data migration activities and assist as needed.
- Create application performance monitoring configurations (tracking, alerts, etc.).
- Perform secure data exchange with vendors while masking confidential data.
- Able to conduct scrum meetings and use Jira and Agile Kanban to handle user stories and issues.
- Work with Ally technical teams and product vendors on change requests and incidents to deliver on business goals, resolve vulnerabilities, troubleshoot, etc.
- Work with Ally business teams to determine technical requirements for business goals.
