Job Responsibilities Include:
- Observing Guest and Associate Behaviors and Conduct on the Sales Floors
- Monitoring Security Cameras
- Ensuring Guests and Associate Safety at all Times
- Investigating Patterns of Shrink or Theft
- Making Merchandise Recoveries by Intercepting Subjects Beyond Last Point of Sale
- Preparing Appropriate Reports and Paperwork as it Relates to Incidents
- Working with Local Law Enforcement to address Shoplifter Subjects
- Addressing Matters Professionally at All Times to Ensure the Company is Protected from Potential Liability Matters or Safety Concerns
